Keighley in Focus

Earlier this year, Bingley Camera Club were due to hold an exhibition at Cliffe Castle Museum. Unfortunately circumstances put a halt to this so instead Bradford Museums and Galleries have arranged for the photographs to be shown on these pages.

Bingley Camera Club is proud to present Keighley in Focus, an exhibition of photographs taken within a 5km radius of Cliffe Castle. Bingley Camera Club challenged its members to explore Keighley and its environment through their lenses.  The 50 photographs selected were taken by 30 different club members and reveal diverse aspects of the area in different photographic style.  The photographs are of people, nature, landscapes and the built environment.  We hope you enjoy looking at them.

Bingley Camera Club meets weekly (Mondays 7.15 pm) with the new season starting 14 September 2020.  We welcome local photographers of all levels and provide a warm and supportive environment for people to grow their skills and share their interests.  We currently meet on Zoom, with occasional outdoor meet ups, and look forward to resuming regular meetings in person as soon as it is safe to do so.

Visit our website for details of our programme and you can also find us on Facebook and Twitter too.

We thank Bradford Metropolitan District Council (Shipley Community Chest), Pellers Frames, Keighley and Cliffe Castle Museum for their support of the club to bring you this exhibition.
