Visit Bradford Museums for an exciting showcase of exhibitions.  Take part in the world’s biggest drawing festival! Come down to Cartwright Hall Art Gallery for the Big Draw and have some fun with those HBs.  Big Draw Festival aims to unite pencils and people from across the globe to take part in the language of drawing.

Our Hotpick: – Join the Cecil Green Arts Lantern Parade , Friday 26 October and light up Lister Park and the Mughul Garden.  A Museums at Night event, with fire jugglers and wonderful musicians.

Visit the Brontë Parsonage during the school holidays, the museum offers activities for all the family.  Whether it’s the eerie face of a ghostly waif at the window, or Heathcliff at his most diabolical, faces can be scary things in Emily’s writing! Get creative with the fun mask making workshop inspired by Wuthering Heights and transform yourself just in time for Halloween…!

Venues across Bradford, including the National Science + Media Museum, Kala Sangam and City Park, will join forces to stage the Bradford Family Learning Festival.  The theme for this year’s festival is “Create, Make, Build”.  Meet the stars of CBBC’s The Dengineers! Hear behind-the-scenes stories from the show and pick up some brilliant Dengineering tips at the National Science + Media Museum.  #BradFamFest18.

Take an adventure! Non-stop, music-filled family fun with Madagascar (23 – 27 October) at the Alhambra theatre.  Join Alex (X-Factor 2016 winner Matt Terry), Marty, Melman and Gloria as they bound out of the zoo and onto the stage in this live musical spectacular.
